I took in my iPhone because the charging port had accumulated lint from being in my pocket. I tried to clean it myself but was unable. They fixed this for me in about 15 minutes and while the price was quite a bit more than I expected, we are all living with Bidenomics (don't let Kamala separate herself from it). This is probably the going rate and i recognize that businesses need to make money. The next time I need a phone repair, I might call around to compare prices. The first time I used Yourtronics, my iPhone just went dark. It had started to get hot often when charging or when playing heavy 3D games. Thought nothing of it. Battery life was still good. But one day, it's just went dark and I totally freaked out. Reason for the freak out? Well, I hadn't backed up my phone on my computer in a while. And my mom had recently passed away, and all her voice messages were there and the last recordings of her voice. So on a frigging Friday afternoon, I searched everywhere for help. Of course, I tried the Apple stores, but had to wait a millennia to get an appointment. But still, that's not really viable option because they'll just wipe your phone and tell you it's cheaper to replace it. So coming to Yelp, 4 out of the 5 recommended stores were all busy and would not be able to service my phone the same day. They said to just leave it with them and come back in the morning. And since the phone is the key to my car and transportation, that's a no-go. Luckily, yourtronics was among the list of recommended shops on Yelp, and when I called, they not only picked up right away, but when I explained my situation, they told me to come in and will try to help me out. After dropping out the phone, within an hour, they "fixed it". Supposedly something needed to be calibrated. I'm sure they could've milked me for a fortune, they were not only fair, but a much lower cost than I expected. They didn't need to wipe my phone, which preserved my voice messages, they were able to recalibrate some power usage, whereby the phone no longer overheated and I'm still using it today! This review is long over-due since it's been a year since. But I'm bored and recently had to use YourTronics again, but that's for another review. ;)Verified Super fast, prices are affordable and he's a very nice guy. He made time to fix and clean my iPhone 14. He worked very fast and we were conversing the whole time. He even cleaned my case. Would highly recommend.
