My daughter had her iMac screen replaced by these guys 5 weeks ago which cost over $400. The new screen cracked while she was cleaning it, seemed like there was a ln installation issue. Took back to this shop and they would not stand by their work, they want another $300 to fix. This is the second time I have had issues with these guys. This I a low quality shop do not go there.

My laptop legit totally died overnight....two weeks before tax day! Of course I didn't have anything backed up. Jose was great! He recovered the hard drive and put everything on my back up drive in just a couple of days. He missed some files the first time around that I had saved in a weird place and happily did the re-work to get them on my back up drive. Highly recommend! Hopefully I won't need to use them again but definitely will if necessary!
